Help with difficult digital situations

Sensora helps you work through the technical side of online threats: blackmail with intimate material, fake profiles and adverts, digital traces, cybercrime and signs of exploitation. We help you preserve what matters and understand where to turn next.

Sensora is not an emergency service and not a crisis counselling line

We help with the technical side. If you or someone else is in immediate danger, call 112: 24/7, free. For emotional crisis support: adults 116 123 (24/7, free), children and teenagers 116 111 (24/7, free, anonymous). If you are a victim of crime, call 116 006, daily 12:00-22:00.

Call 112 if you or someone else is in immediate danger

Do not write to us first if there is a direct risk to life, health or freedom. Call 112 first - you can come back to us for the technical part afterwards.

112

  • someone is being held and cannot leave;
  • physical or sexual violence is taking place;
  • a minor is in danger;
  • someone is being threatened with violence or reprisal;
  • there is a risk of suicide or self-harm;
  • a crime is happening right now;
  • police, ambulance or rescue services are needed.

When to contact Sensora

We can help you understand the technical side if the situation involves digital information:

  • you are being blackmailed with intimate photos, video or messages;
  • someone threatens to publish material about you;
  • a fake profile, advert or listing has been created;
  • you suspect someone is being controlled or coerced through online communication;
  • there are suspicious adverts, phone numbers, accounts, chats or photos;
  • digital evidence needs to be preserved correctly;
  • you need to know what can be handed to the police or another organisation;
  • you suspect a minor is being drawn into sexualised messaging or grooming;
  • someone is afraid to approach the authorities and wants to understand the technical side first;
  • you need to know whether this is a fraud, sextortion, stalking, doxxing or trafficking scheme.

We do not replace other services

Sensora does not replace the police, 112, psychological or medical help, or social services. What we can do is technical: help you work out what to preserve, how to describe what happened, which digital traces matter and where to go next.

What you can contact us about

Online blackmail and sextortion

For example:

  • money is demanded to keep photos or video private;
  • threats to send material to relatives, an employer or a partner;
  • demands for new photos or video;
  • an account has been hacked and is being used for pressure.

Sensora can:

  • explain what must not be deleted;
  • help you build a list of evidence;
  • advise how to preserve messages, links and account identifiers;
  • point you to the police or a specialist service.

Suspected exploitation or human trafficking

For example:

  • someone is controlled through a phone, adverts, debts or threats;
  • someone posts adverts in another person’s name;
  • a person does not control their own documents, money or phone;
  • there are signs of coercion into sexual services, work or travel;
  • the person is afraid to speak openly.

Sensora can:

  • help analyse the digital traces: adverts, numbers, accounts, communication channels;
  • explain what to preserve;
  • refer you to support organisations and the police.

Minors and online threats

For example:

  • an adult is exchanging sexualised messages with a child;
  • a child is being blackmailed with photos or video;
  • grooming - gradually building trust with harmful intent;
  • suspicious contacts on social media, in games, Telegram or Discord;
  • a child is afraid to tell their parents.

Sensora can:

  • help identify which digital traces matter;
  • advise how not to destroy evidence;
  • help parents describe the situation in technical terms;
  • refer you to specialist services.

Fake profiles, doxxing and stalking

For example:

  • someone publishes your phone number or photos;
  • a listing has been created without your consent;
  • stalking through social media;
  • mass calls or messages;
  • threats to expose personal data;
  • suspected surveillance through accounts or devices.

Sensora can:

  • help collect links, screenshots and metadata;
  • explain how to log repeated incidents;
  • help prepare a technical description for a report.

Sex work and safety in a vulnerable situation

For example:

  • someone works independently but is facing threats;
  • a client or intermediary is blackmailing them;
  • someone is publishing their personal data;
  • there is a risk of violence;
  • there are concerns about HIV/STIs, substance use or an unsafe environment;
  • the person does not want to go to the police straight away but wants to know what to do.

Sensora can:

  • help with the technical side of threats, accounts, messages and adverts;
  • refer you to specialist support organisations.

Call or write Consultation

Contacts last checked:

What to prepare before contacting us

So that we can help you faster, gather what you already have. If something is missing, that is not a problem - write to us anyway.

  • links to profiles, adverts, websites, Telegram/WhatsApp/Instagram/Facebook accounts;
  • phone numbers, usernames, IDs, email addresses;
  • screenshots of conversations;
  • dates and times of events;
  • a short description: what happened, who is involved, whether there is a threat now;
  • if you have them - payment details, crypto wallets, the fraudsters’ bank details;
  • if a minor is involved, say so straight away;
  • if there is a risk to life or of violence, do not write to us first - call 112.

If it is safe to keep them, do not delete messages, accounts, photos, links or posts before the consultation. Deleting often destroys the most important digital traces.

How a consultation works

A short description of the situation

You write or call and explain the problem briefly. You can leave out details that are hard to talk about.

Urgency assessment

We work out whether this is an emergency (112 or the police), an emotional crisis (116 123), a situation involving a child (112 or 116 111), or a technical situation we can help with.

Initial technical assessment

We help you understand which digital traces matter, what to preserve, what not to touch, what to put in a report, and what the risks are.

Where to go next

We point you to the police, 112, 116 006, 116 111, “Skalbes”, DIA+LOGS, “Safe House”, or to a lawyer, psychologist or social service where that is what is needed.

What we do not do

Sensora does not provide:

  • emergency response instead of 112;
  • crisis counselling instead of a crisis line;
  • medical care;
  • legal representation;
  • private surveillance, revenge, or deanonymisation “out of curiosity”;
  • account hacking;
  • unlawful access to devices, messages or databases;
  • independent operational action instead of the police.

Sensora does not promise:

  • to delete material from the internet;
  • to find a person from a single photo;
  • to guarantee that a criminal case will be opened;
  • to guarantee safety without contacting the emergency services;
  • to replace a formal report to the police.

Write to us

You can describe the situation without any details that are hard to talk about. We will first help you understand what matters technically and where it is best to turn. If you are not sure whether what happened is a crime, write to us anyway.

Are any minors involved?
Is there an immediate threat?
Can we contact you safely?

About your data and safety

Do not send unnecessary intimate material, documents or third-party data through this form unless it is needed for the initial assessment. Describe the situation first - we will tell you which material is actually needed and how to send it safely. That is why the form deliberately has no file upload.

We decide nothing for you. We will not go to the police, to social services or to anyone else about your case without your agreement. The one exception is if your message shows that a child is in immediate danger; in that case we will tell you so.
